Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of storing and accessing data on Users’ Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the principles of collecting and processing personal data of Users that have been provided voluntarily through tools available on the Service.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Service Regulations, which define the rules, rights, and obligations of Users using the Service.
Section 1: Definitions
- Service – the “Installpools” online service operating at https://installpools.eu
- External Service – external partner websites, service providers, or recipients cooperating with the Administrator
- Administrator of the Service / Data – The Administrator of the Service and Data (hereinafter the Administrator) is the company “INSTALL POOLS sp. z o. o.”, conducting business at ul. Boczna 3B/1, 66-200 Świebodzin, with the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 9271965501, with the assigned National Court Register number (KRS): 0000882873, providing electronic services through the Service
- User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Service
- Device – an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service
- Cookies – text data collected in an automated manner that are stored on the User’s Device
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Act – Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000)
- Administrator – INSTALL POOLS sp. z o. o., ul. Boczna 3B/1, 66-200 Świebodzin
- External Service Provider – a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Administrator

Section 3: Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
The Service uses cookies, which are small text files sent by the Service and stored on the User’s Device, which contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the Device, and a unique number.
Some of the cookies used are required for the proper functioning of the Service, while others enable the Administrator to tailor the displayed content to the User’s preferences.
Section 4: The Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes and based on the following legal bases:
- Provision of electronic services by the Administrator, including maintaining the User’s account in the Service and enabling the User to use the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
- Handling inquiries sent via the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
- Consideration of complaints and appeals (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
- Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
- Statistics and analysis of User activity, including profiling for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
Section 5: Data Retention Period
The User’s personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:
- Data processed for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, including maintaining the User’s account in the Service and enabling the User to use the Service – for the duration of using the Service by the User
- Data processed for the purpose of handling inquiries sent via the contact form – for the period necessary to handle the inquiry
- Data processed for the purpose of consideration of complaints and appeals – for the period necessary to consider the complaint or appeal
- Data processed for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services – until the User objects or the Administrator ceases this activity
- Data processed for the purpose of statistics and analysis of User activity, including profiling for this purpose – for a period of 2 years from the date of collection of data or until the User objects
Section 6: User Rights
The User has the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Rectify their personal data
- Request erasure of their personal data
- Restrict the processing of their personal data
- Object to the processing of their personal data
- Transfer their personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
Section 7: Final Provisions
- The Service may contain links to External Services. The Administrator encourages Users to read the privacy policies of these services.
- Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be announced on the Service’s website at least 7 days before they come into force. The changes will pertain to Users who have accepted the changes or to new Users.
- In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of the Service Regulations and the applicable law shall apply.
This Privacy Policy is effective from September 1, 2023.
